Lots and lots of cold, gloomy weather the last few days.

I know that the rain is helping our world of green return but I still have a love/hate relationship with it.

Now today, today is more like it.

We made our annual Spring visit to Phillip’s Park and the Sunken Garden.

We know that tulips don’t really have a scent but we like the way they tickle the tips of our noses.

And look!

Our flowering crab tree finally has buds.  Seems like it took forever this year.  You know how I look forward to those fragrant pink and purple blossoms every Spring.

I know the weather will be “iffy” for the next couple of weeks but we are so close to warm weather all of the time!  So looking forward to enjoying it.
