Our little Teagers is 9 months old now. She has two bottom teeth and a bunch of bumpy white spots on her top gums. Poor baby is teething something awful. It’s a big pain in the mouth for her and a big pain in the ass for us. I wish I could take her pain away.
She deals, the best way she knows how, which is to get upset and irritable. We deal, the best way we know how, and that’s to try and keep patient and remember that this will not last forever. She needs comforting right now and something cold to chew on.
I hope that her top pearly whites break through before the end of May. I think that we have a pretty good chance of that happening since she’s been in such miserable pain for several weeks. I have a feeling that she may wake up one morning with a full set of teeth in her mouth. Smile pretty!
Day 12 – NaBloPoMo
Amy wouldn’t it be wonderful if those little pearly teeth came through all at one time!! Oh the relief for the baby to have it done with. And even more wonderful for mom and dad to know that that babies pain would be done with for awhile. Well we can’t live in a dream world can we. lol
