I took the preschooler out to dinner tonight, so we could spend some time with each other without the baby.  So, we’re chillin’ (she’s a GREAT dinner date, always has been) and out of the blue she says, “That boy is HANDSOME” (emphasis on the word handsome).  I look up and spot a young boy a few tables away.  He’s probably about 6 or 7 years old.  I’m thinking, “Awww…that’s cute!”  She notices that I’m looking at the young boy and says, “No.  THAT boy.”  and points across the booth at a guy who’s about 25 years old.

Is this just a glimpse into my future?
