As I was sipping my coffee and talking to my sick little four year old, I was gazing out the window at the falling rain. Something caught my eye. It was a big, white flake. But I had to keep watching because I didn’t really believe it was what I thought it was. Soon, more big white flakes after more big white flakes started taking the place of the falling drops.
It was snowing! Too wet to stick but definitely snow. Our first snowfall of the season. Can’t say I’m ready for snow, especially when we haven’t even carved our Halloween pumpkins yet. How about in another month (or two?)

Yes! Absolutely. Hailey has been wanting to do that for weeks now. She would jump in them on the side of the road if I would let her.
