Right, I know. I’m a little late to the Easter party but what can I say? Better late than never!

We had another nice holiday, as usual. Spent day one of our Easter weekend at Grandma Lou’s. The bug was very talkative, I must say. She made quick friends with her cousins, who have been waiting for some time to have some real interaction with her. The load of chocolate she consumed didn’t hurt in socializing her either. It also happened to make her extremely spastic for a bit. Ah, it was entertaining to say the least. Especially when she started dancing and pacing and exclaiming “That’s AWESOME Maffffyyyeeew!” to her cousin, Matthew.

She was able to visit with cousin Michael aka “The Godfather”, as he was home from MSU for the weekend:

The Easter Bunny even paid a visit to the recreational room. We made the trek there to search for hidden goodies.

With a little help from her cousins, she was able to salvage some hidden treats that would generally be out of her reach. Good thing they don’t live at our house!

It was lovely spending time with Grandma Barb and Grandma Lou at the rest of the family, oh, and of course here’s one last pic of the bug sporting her adorable dress courtesy of Lands’ End!
