I was just told that we are to expect up to five inches of snow by Saturday morning. REALLY? GREAT. Thanks for nothing, mother nature.

Just kidding. I don’t really care all that much. We’re on our way out of this nasty season anyway. The only thing that might bother me a teensy-weensy bit is that we were going to an Easter egg hunt on Saturday morning. I’m not so sure we’ll be participating after hearing the weather report. Luckily, the bug is still so young that she really doesn’t have a clue about Easter egg hunts. We really haven’t even talked much about the Easter bunny lately either. Oh, except for at the mall a week or so ago. I took her to see Easter Bunny and she bailed out at the last minute. That’s ok. I didn’t feel like paying $20 for two 5×7′s anyway.

Oh, there will be Easter celebrations this weekend…both weekend days. That’s how we roll in this family. There is always a double celebration. It would be triple if my family were around this area. There will be plenty of chocolate Easter eggs, peeps and deviled eggs to go around. We’ll have our own little “hunt” indoors, of course. Hopefully I can get the bug to wear her bunny ears this year…don’t hold your breath.
