We invited a few more “pets” into our home over the weekend. Say hello to Pickle (blue) in the first picture, Lellow (yellow) and Gumpy (black) in the second picture. They are the brand new additions to our family.
We were able to afford a studio apartment for the three of them and luckily, it fits snug into the bug’s play area. She’s been enjoying watching them swim around their new pad and can even identify when one of them is “pooping”. That’s a great conversation starter for us.
In other news, I had a job interview today. I thought it went really well and I’m anticipating hearing back soon on whether or not I’m offered the position. We could have some pretty big changes going on around here within the next week or so if that happens. Please keep us in your thoughts because it might be a rocky transition.
Also, my brother is having surgery in Cleveland right now as I type. He’s having a troublesome kidney removed. We hope this will be the answer to his health problems. Hopefully he will feel much better after he heals from this surgery. We are all anxiously waiting to hear how things are going. My mom couldn’t go along because she just had surgery on her shoulder last week and has been at home dealing with a lot of pain. I’m just praying that everyone gets a clean bill of health pretty soon.

I hope everything goes well with your family. I also love the fish. Gabby used to have some, but they didn’t make it very long…she cried when Matthew, Mark, and Olivia Newton John went belly up. I am sure yours will do much better. Natalie

i hope at this point your mom and brother are well into the healing process.and cute fishies! i actually have the same “studio apartment” in purple. i bought it a couple years ago at a garage sale, in excellent condition. but i’m so skeptical of having fish, because they’ve always died on me really fast, then i would feel bad.maybe once i’m married and settled into john’s house, we can adopt…how’d your interview go!?
Pea Pod – My bro is FINALLY home and on the mends. My mom is still hurting but she’s getting better each day. The job front…ehhhh…Nat – the fish names are totally cracking me up!Elec.
