I’ve been tagged by Kerry to share 7 random things about myself. I thought it would be funny to ask Eric if he could name seven things about me. He had no idea what he was naming these for so here they are:

beautiful (good thing he said this first)

the love of his life (started out good and ended good. ok, he can stay.)

So, since it’s Mother’s Day and all about ME…here are seven things about ME in no particular order:

1. I am a neat freak. Most of the time. My house could be as dirty as can be but for the most part, it will be straightened up and neat. Except for the kitchen table. That’s where everything generally goes. Mail, coupons, keys, lipstick, etc. As long as it’s confined to one area, I’m alright with that.

2. Being a mom is what I’m best at. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. I fully, fully enjoy being a mom. I’ve held job after job since moving away from home and nothing has been as fulfilling to me as being a mom. This is one job that I can not quit (nor do I have any desire to). I wake up every single day looking forward to what new things I can teach Hailey and what new things she can teach me.

3. Money. I am a spendaholic. I admit it. Admitting it is the first step to getting better, right? Nuff said.

4. I love shoes and purses. I should just refer you to number three above. It’s not that I buy expensive purses and shoes, it’s that I buy a lot of inexpensive purses and shoes. I do realize that I should just save up my money and buy expensive ones that I won’t fall out of love with after two weeks. Great solution, right?

5. I LOVE chocolate. That is by far my biggest weakness. I can’t get enough of it. Really. Chocolate is my love affair. Too tempting to pass up. I will always have to have my chocolate.

6. My favorite movie. My Best Friend’s Wedding. Seriously. I could watch this movie over and over (I have), I can not get sick of it. It’s has my favorite qualities in a movie; romantic, funny, happy, sad, a great ending. All time favorite. Hands down. I’m very excited because it’s on t.v. right now.

7. Family. I think family is so important. I come from a large family and Eric comes from a family who is very, very close. We love spending time with our collective families. Don’t get me wrong, we love just spending time with our own little family more than anything!
