We took FULL advantage of the 70+ day we had today. First stop, the cool new park we discovered. It has a PADDED ground. We LOVE this. No sharp woodchips to fall into. Our friends arrived and we took a stroll along the Riverwalk into downtown Naperville. I absolutely LOVE the Riverwalk. It’s such a beautiful area.

I have to give the city of Naperville props for keeping up such a gorgeous town. We stopped at our favorite breakfast place, Egg Harbor Cafe and had some brunch and then back outside to feed some ducks and geese.

This was as close as Hailey (or I) have ever been to the geese. If anyone has ever lived in an area that has geese EVERYWHERE, you’ll know what I’m talking about. They are MEAN. They hiss at you and I would never want to get bitten by one.

However, these geese are “somewhat” tame because of all of the attention they get from humans. We took the last few bites of Hailey’s pb&j and feed a couple of them. This was the highlight of the little goober’s day.
