Well, this year was MUCH different than last year’s Easter. We have a very healthy toddler for one and we were actually able to celebrate this year! We started off our morning by guiding Hailey around the living room to find where Pete hid her Easter basket. He also hid some eggs for her. They were filled with an assortment of her favorite treats: puffs, cheerios and Reese’s Pieces.

She also found Easter presents from Grammy Peggy! She really likes her new Easter puppy, Grammy!

Then, we headed out to church with our friends. Hailey spent time in the nursery daycare with her buddy, Jacob. After church, we took her out for a pancake breakfast. She always enjoys that. Then, it was off to home for nap time. After she woke up, we traveled to DeKalb to celebrate Easter with the Grandmas, cousins and Aunts & Uncles. Pete must have known she was coming there too, as there were hidden eggs and Easter baskets waiting! We were having some teething issues this evening, as you can see by the sad face in some of the pictures.

When we arrived at our house, she was right back to her old bubbly self!

What a beautiful looking family!!! Glad you guys had a nice day. “wee wee” looked so cute in her dress.
The mullet’s looking strong in the side shots. -K

It looks like Hailey really made out this Easter. She must be a pro at finding the eggs this year! I also really love the toothy grin! Love, natalie
She is so precious! Isn’t refreshing to have a healthy child? I can relate. :-)
