A new endeavor

Becoming a parent has really opened my eyes to a whole different world. I’ve made new friends, became reacquainted with old ones, discovered a new passion for photography, blogging, etc. I truly feel like I have joined this wonderful “club”. How could I have been blind for so long? I had no idea there were so many different brands of wipes or different flavors of puffs! Who knew that this little person could have opened my eyes so wide.

That being said, because of our little “inspirations”, my friend Laura and I have created a blog dedicated to reviewing baby/toddler/kids items. We spend a lot of our time discussing our purchases and what works or doesn’t work for us and our children. We have all of this creative energy pent up and decided that this will be a great outlet.

So, please update your links to include the following web address:

http://mumsthewurd.com

That is the home of our new internet endeavor, “MumsTheWurd”. We are VERY excited and hope that we can take mommy blogging to a whole new level.

I have embedded a “snippet” of our new blog over to the right…you can read some of the posts and if you click within the “widget“, it will take you directly to that specific post.

Hope you take a few minutes to head over there and check out what we’ve done so far. Our site is still a work in progress but we have high hopes for it! Let us know you stopped by. You can also subscribe to MumsTheWurd when you get over there. That way, whenever we post, it will be automatically emailed to you. How “tech savvy” are we?!?!

  1. that’s so cool! you really are tech savvy. i really wish i could go with you to that panel. let me know if you ever need a review of fruity hippie organic crunchy people stuff.

  2. Hi Amy, congrats on your new blog– looking forward to reading more, since I review products on Epinions. You can also post your reviews there and earn some money in the process. http://www.epinons.comKaren
