Hailey had her very first “time out” this evening. She was being very crabby and telling us “NO” a lot and wasn’t happy with anything. So, I told her I was giving her a time out, put her on the recliner with a book and she was as content as could be…for about 2 minutes. Then she wanted “down, down, down”.

Oh well, it was good parental skills practice for me anyway. I suppose I won’t always take pictures of her on time outs either but tonight I did:
