1) Was 2005 a good year for you? Best year yet!

2) What was your favorite moment of the year? It’s a given, the birth of my first baby…Hailey

3) What was your least favorite moment of the year? When I went into pre-term labor and had to be on a Magneseum Sulfate IV and I puked green bile every hour for a couple of days.

4) Where were you when 2005 began? At our friend’s apartment; eating, drinking and playing Jenga

5) Who were you with? Aaron & Megan (it was their apartment) and Jacob

6) Where will you be when 2005 ends? Right here in our warm home. It’s all about playing it low key this year.

7) Who will you be with when 2005 ends? Eric, Hailey-bug, Indie & Ollie

8) Did you keep your new years resolution of 2005? I never make resolutions for the new year, it’s too much pressure. I just do my best throughout the year.

9) Do you have a new years resolution for 2006? No can do, although, I’ve already decided that weight must be lost…

10) Did you fall in love in 2005? Absolutely – with a wide-eyed little girl (…and also all over again with a handsome gentleman by the name of Eric)

11) If yes, with who? Hailey (…and Eric)

12) If yes, do they know? I’ve questioned that but with each passing day, I know she feels my love for her (…you’d better believe he knows!)

13) Are you still in love with them? I will always be in love with them

14) You regret it? Uh, no

15) Did you breakup with anyone in 2005? Nupe. Doesnt apply to me

16) Did you make any new friends in 2005? YES. Most of the new friends that I’ve made this year, I haven’t met in person, but I think about them often

17) Who are your favorite new friends? Shanele (co-worker) all of my new blogger friends, of course! You all keep me company on a daily basis

18) What was your favorite month of 2005? October – for numerous reasons

19) Did you travel outside of the US in 2005? Nnope

20) How many different states did you travel to in 2005? Indiana, Pennsylvania…hmm, that was it this year.

21) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2005? A friend of mine lost her baby…that hit me pretty hard. I lost an aunt this year too

22) Did you miss anybody in the past year? My mom, my dad, Eric when he was in Iowa for training for a whole week

23) What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2005? Steve Zissou’s the Life Acquatic

24) What was your favorite song from 2005? “Sadie” by Gratitude

25) What was your favorite record from 2005? Gratitude – s/t

26) How many concerts did you see in 2005? Three: Jeff Tweedy, Allister (in the parking lot of the mall), Alkaline Trio

27) Did you have a favorite concert in 2005? TWEEDY! He’s so rad. Wilco took the stage at the end of the show, that’s what made it even more incredible

28) Did you drink a lot of alcohol in 2005? Uh, no. What if I said yes? I would probably lose a lot of respect from my peeps. I was pregnant this year.

29) Did you do a lot of drugs in 2005? Prescription – some, yes

30) How many people did you sleep with in 2005? ONE and we made a baby

31) Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year? Maybe a few little, insignificant things

33) What was the worst lie someone told you in 2005? “Sorry I missed your call, I must not have heard my phone ring” — yeah, if that was my WORST lie this year, I must be a saint.

34) Did you treat somebody badly in 2005? Eric – i’m too mean to him :(

35) Did somebody treat you badly in 2005? Yep, my supervisor

36) How much money did you spend in 2005? HA! I can’t answer this…not because I dont want to but because I really have no idea. A lot, I’m sure. We furnished a nursery and paid off some things

37) What was your proudest moment of 2005? Giving birth – a truly amazing and painful experience

38) What was your most embarrassing moment of 2005? Really??? Well, here goes…I’m embarrassed to say it but I’ll say it anyway since it was my most embarrassing moment…farting when my doctor came into the room to deliver Hailey. Hey, it’s a fact of life, embarrassing or not. I apologized afterward. I had no control, honest. :)

39) If you could go back in time to any moment of 2005 and change something, I would have tried to better control my stress level…knowing now what I didnt know then, in an attempt to prevent my pre-term labor…not knowing if stress played a factor or not.

40) What are your plans for 2006? Get comfy with mommy-hood and be the best wife ever to my super-fabulous husband…AND probably learning to cook a dish or two
